Cannot Add New Stores (API Server Key)

    Greetings!

    We installed this plugin roughly 8 months ago and added numerous stores (with no issues)

    A couple days ago, we wanted to add some additional stores but it fails, the new stores immediately revert to Pending status

    Nothing has changed other than updating the plugin when available, we have checked the following

    a) Server key IP address is correct (on Google map platform)
    b) Billing profile is fine
    c) Have not exceeded allowable requests
    d) there are no errors in the console
    e) we can update existing stores
    f) we can delete existing stores

    For whatever reason, we can longer add new stores (well, we can add them, but they cannot be taken out of Pending state)

    Must have missed the initial email notification, sorry about that.

    But locations go to pending for two reasons:

    – There’s a problem with the server API key
    – The address details can not be geocode by the Google Geocode API.

    You can test the first issue by clicking on ‘show response’ on the WPSL settings page, and the second issue by trying to create a location for a location in a main street in a nearby city that Google should 100% recognize.

    If there’s an error, then let me know what it is, and I will explain how to fix it.

    Hello,

    After digging in more, I discovered that the IP being sent to the Google API is different than the server IP, not sure how/why this is happening

    I went back into my Google account and added this mysterious IP (along with the server IP), and it’s back up and running

    Have you ever encountered this behaviour?
