cannot add music to my web story

    I am facing several issues:

    firstly i got hosting form hostinger but here my account opened is munawar2023 which is free with wordpress domain. what about my account which i got from hostinger for wordpress. other many problem i am facing are following:
    `Hi, I have purchased hosting with domain and set wordpress website but facing many issues: 1. often url is not valid when i try to insert somewhere. 2. on wordpress i had a subdomain on my same email, which was free and often when i open site it goes there also i cannot change username from mali9474@gmail.com to admin . 3. the plugin of webstories do not have any option for adding music or other options . it wasted my 2 days since i am trying to do something on my website.

    Hello there @munawar2023 , we’ll be happy to check on this for you.

    1. often url is not valid when i try to insert somewhere.

    Requests from other domains cannot be made to that URL via a user’s browser if it hasn’t been correctly set up with CORS access-control-allow-origin header. Could you please refer to this guide to confirm CORS server configuration for those URLs?

    2. on wordpress i had a subdomain on my same email, which was free and often when i open site it goes there also i cannot change username from mali9474@gmail.com to admin .

    Please reach out to your hosting provider as this falls outside the scope of the Web Stories Support.

    You can add audio by going to the Stories editor Document Panel > Background audio > Upload an audio file.
