    Hi,

Just trying this plugin. However when I click on the “+” to add another condition nothing happens. “Javascript 0 void”.

    Can anyone help please.

    Thank you!

    Hi Bryanne,

If you click on the buttons and nothing is happening it is caused by a javascript error.
This is very-most likely caused by another plugin/theme, and due to the way Javascript works, it halts the execution of other code when a error occurs, which is what’s in the way right now.

About 50% of the time the cause of the error can be discovered by opening your console log as described here. Many times there will be a red error line there (do note that you may need to click the ‘+’ first), with the name of the script, or the line where it occurs (which you can click on and uncover). Depending on that you may need to deactivate a plugin for a moment to get the conditions working correctly.

Please let me know your findings 🙂

I’m having the same issue…kind of. I’ve added 5 groups, but when I go to add an additional group, it adds the first condition, but it won’t let me add additional conditions…It just spins.

While I would love to fix this issue, I don’t really understand your directions above. What console log are you talking about? I went to the page you linked, but that makes no sense to me either. Please help. Is there an easier way to determine which plugin is causing the issue?

It’s actually adding the first condition for the new group to the end of the former conditional group.

    Hi,

Could you try and delete the current / last condition group and re-add them? I know there could be a snag when they’re added to fast after one another (IIRC it was something like that) they could get the same ID assigned to the condition groups, which could explain why adding a rate to group Z would add it to group Y instead.

Another good way of testing would be to just create a new shipping rate to see if the same happens there.

To test if another plugin is causing this: The other way to test this is by disabling all other plugins but WC and this one.

Not sure if this is any clearer, but this seems to be the WP variation of the post: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

    Let me know,
    Jeroeon
