cannot add media to new page

    I am not able to add media to a new page.
    Once I press add media button the new windows open and everything works as usual, I add the new media to my library or I tryied to paste it directly to the page, but nothing at all happen.
    Nothing at all.
    Like if I never did anything, no error message or anything else.

    My website is the following

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    It seems like image dimensions can make a difference too, I’ve had better luck when the longest side of an image is less than 3000px.
