# Cannot Add matches

 * Hi Antoine,
 * For some reason, i add new matches and they do not register. Can you let me know
   how to trouble shoot this?
 * I already disables all other plugins, re-installed football pool and still nothing
   works. I am able to add groups, teams, matchtypes and venues, however not new
   matches.
 * Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

 * I would enable debugging on the website first, and then examine the log file.

 * Thank you for your quick reply. I enabled debugging but i am not getting an error
   after i create a match. I get the response “Value Updated” but the new match 
   does not show. I have 77 previously created matches and after adding a new one,
   it stays at 77.
 * Is there anything else i can check?

 * Im using godaddy managed hosting and there is a flush cache option.
 * Already flushed it and didnt fix the issue. I do not use any other securiity 
   plguins.

 * yes, there are plenty of records, however, i could not find any pointing to football
   pool.

 * Hmm, that makes it really difficult to determine what is going wrong.
 * If you are not running an active competition, then you may consider to export
   the matches that you already entered, then disable the option to “keep data on
   uninstall”, and disable and re-enable the plugin again. That should install all
   database tables again, and give you a fresh start.
 * Another option would be to [install a plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/debug+bar/)
   that helps you to debug and then investigate the queries that are run on the 
   database.

 * checked off keep data and deactivated and reactivated. now it works.
