All of a sudden I cannot add or edit coupons. I thought it might be a plugin so I removed all but the woocommerce plugin and when I hit “add new” under Marketing->Coupons I get a code field and a description. That’s all. No settings whatsoever. I understand you are facing an issue where Coupons → Add new page is not appearing properly and is missing Settings.
I checked it on my test site and I see the page appearing correctly.
Have you tried changing your Theme to a default theme such as the Storefront theme? There might be a problem with your theme.
To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.
Just to confirm, the screenshot you shared, https://postimg.cc/7JVWMBbb, did you take it while you had all plugins deactivated and the theme set to a default one such as Storefront?
Can you please reset your router and try to access the coupons from a different browser to check if this is a caching issue?
Are you having trouble accessing any other part of your dashboard?
Sorry for the delay. I had been sick and not at my computer. I’ve tried it from multiple browsers and yes the screenshot was with only WooCommerce installed and storefront.
Can you please check that the “Coupon data” is enabled by clicking on “Screen options” within the coupon edit page, and ensuring that “Coupon data” is checked. If this is disabled, it would explain why the coupon data is suddenly missing in action 🙂:
If that looks good, do you recall any plugin/theme updates before first noticing this issue?
Also, can you please share the following so that we can see if there are any errors logged that may help us identify what may be causing this behavior:
Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Console errors: can you check the browser console on the Coupons page and see if there are any errors being displayed there?
