cannot add chart from library

Hi, thanks for the good plugin….but it won’t add a (column)chart to my webpage from the visualization library when using Add Media button (in WP edit page mode). If you look at the charts in the Visualizer library via the Media button, they are all there, and are editable and clonable. When you go to add the chart using Add Media the charts become larger with no options to select one. what is going wrong? thanks.
