    Hi there,

    I am trying to add a booking manually but I keep receiving this error message :

    “You must allow us to collect and store your data in order for us to process your booking.”

    I do not know how to resolve this issue.

    Can anybody help?

    Are you using the latest versions of EM and EM Pro? Current latest versions are EM 5.9.4 & Pro 2.6.3.1. Please try updating the WP to the latest one also.

    If it still shows after updating. You could try turning off the Privacy Settings under Events > Settings > General > Privacy and Set to Do not allow all.

    Hi timrv,

    I had both plugins latest versions installed.

    I did change the settings under Booking Form/Do not include and it is now working.

    Is there any way to enable the consent checkbox for online bookings and allow manual bookings through?

    you can try the latest EM dev version 5.9.4.1 fixes added for other consent issues.

    Thanks. Where can I get 5.9.4.1 from? I am currently using 5.9.4 & EM Pro 2.6.3. Do I need Em Pro 2.6.3.1? I think my client’s subscription has lapsed so would have to get them to renew.

    you can check dev versions under Events > Settings > General > Admin Tools > Enable Dev Updates or click “Check Dev Versions” while EMpro is available only to EMpro users that has active license.
