On my own test quiz, when I go into a question, then click the “+ New Answer” button additional answer fields are added for the question. Is this the area you are referring to?
When trying this, are you getting any error messages in your browser console? Often this will give a clue what the issue is. On Chrome, you can use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux). The console will either open up within your existing Chrome window, or in a new window. You may have to select the Console tab.

Yes, that is the field I am having problems with. When I click on the +Answer button, nothing happens at all. No fields appear. I can’t input even one answer option.
I will look at the console.
I accessed the console and took a screenshot, but I can’t figure out how to add it here. I will enter it here leaving out the site title.

Update: After re-starting, I created a new quiz and everything seems to be working properly. Very frustrating however since I’ll have to manually transfer all the content from the one I had already created.
