# Cannot Activate User

 * Repo steps:
    -Enable User Moderation -Select E-mail Confirmation in the “Theme
   My Login User Moderation Settings” page -Register a user -Log into the admin 
   console and click “Users” -Check the box next to the user -(“Approve” is missing
   from the options when you mouse over the user – might be a bug, too) -From “Bulk
   Actions”, select “Approve” -Click apply
 * “User approved.” message shows up, but the user’s role is still “Pending”.

 * That must be coming from another plugin. TML does not yet have a bulk option.

 * I disabled every plugin except for TML. Here’s a screenshot of the bulk delete
