# Cannot activate the plugin

 * Hello,
 * When i try to activate the popup maker plugin V1.18.2, i get this error:
   Plugin
   could not be activated because it triggered a **fatal error**.
 * Tried to deactivate all plugins but same problem.
 * Running the on WordPress Version 6.4 and PHP 7.4
 * Thank you for your help.

 * Could you try a complete delete and reinstall of the plugin?
 * Something must have happened while the plugin was downloaded and installed from
   the repo the first time.

 * Hi,
 * I deleted the plugin, then upload it from Plugins> Add Plugin.
   now i get this
   error:
 * 
   Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2023/11. Is its parent directory
   writable by the server?
 * 
   I changed the folders permission to 755 now its working.
