# Cannot activate Email Templates

 * Hello!
   I use the “Ultimate Member” plugin. I would like to change and activate
   email templates. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work and I am redirected to the 
   403 page when saving:
 * 403
   ForbiddenUnfortunately, you do not have permission to view this
 * What can I do?

 * I have now created the child. And the permissions are set as shown in the example.
   
   Unfortunately, the behavior has not changed yet…

 * ModSecurity was the cause. I deactivated it temporarily and now I can edit the
   templates. Thank you for the help, I would never have found that…
