 * I have had a successful install up until the step where I have to access my websites‘
   wp-admin/install.php’.
    I bought my domain, uploaded the wp files to my host,
   and created a PHPmyAdmin database.

   and the install.php file IS inside of wp-admin.
 * When I try to go to the specified URL: [http://qegnetwork.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://qegnetwork.com/wp-admin/install.php)
 * I get to a page from my hosting website that says “the domain name has been registered
   with Gandi.net” – which was by me…
 * Please help me understand why I am not getting to the wordpress page that allows
   me to install my database via my browser [(step 5 on here)](https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress)

   have to get in touch with Gandi’s support desk.

 * It could be that all the WordPress Files were not installed/uploaded to the folder.
   Ensure that it is so and try again. I had a similar issue once.

 * There is something wrong with the domain or its DNS.
    When I check whois of the
   domain, I get “Domain available”
