# Cannot Access WP Admin Section

 * Hi there,
 * I’m hoping someone can help me. I run a website for someone that doesn’t require
   many updates. As a result, I haven’t logged into the admin section for quite 
   some time. I did today and was alerted to the new version of WP (3.1) and was
   asked if I would like to upgrade. I clicked yes and since then, I’ve been having
   a slight issue.
 * The website in question is [http://www.four-counties.co.uk](http://www.four-counties.co.uk)
 * For a while the website was down, with a splash screen saying it was under scheduled
   maintenance. The website has since reappeared, but I can no longer log into the
   back end at [http://www.four-counties.co.uk/wp-admin/](http://www.four-counties.co.uk/wp-admin/)
 * I receive the following error:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tinymce_include() (previously declared in E:\domains\
   f\four-counties.co.uk\user\htdocs\wp-includes\deprecated.php:756) in E:\domains\
   f\four-counties.co.uk\user\htdocs\wp-admin\includes\deprecated.php on line 25
 * Is anyone able to assist in helping me to log in?

 * I don’t think it’s a problem with any plug ins that are causing a conflict. I
   have followed the instructions here ([http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F))
   and still have the problem.

 * This is now resolved. I have performed a manual backup and it’s now sorted.
