# cannot access wp-admin

 * My site is up working, but I can’t access the admin login page (wp-admin).
 *     ```
       mysite.com redirected you too many times.
       Try clearing your cookies.
       ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
       ```
   
 * I’ve followed this guide, but no avail:
    [https://themeisle.com/blog/cant-access-wp-admin/](https://themeisle.com/blog/cant-access-wp-admin/)
 * The site is on GoDaddy, and when trying to access wp-admin from cPanel, it redirects
   to
    /wp-content/deleteme.randomnumber.php
 * Does anyone know how to fix this?
