# Cannot access wp-admi

 * I’m unable to access at all. I disabled the plugins by moving them to a temp 
   location but I am getting these errors:
 * Warning: include_once(./wp-includes/class-ssl.php) [function.include-once]: failed
   to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/phatshee/public_html/cakeartbyamy.
   com/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 10
 * Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘./wp-includes/class-
   ssl.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /

 * Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder
   in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from 
   a **fresh** download of WordPress 3.1.
 * And for pete’s sake – upgrade WordPress!
