# Cannot access to wp-admin, getting Error 102

 * Hi all,
 * After migrating a site and do the common steps to update paths and db connection,
   I couldn’t access to the wp-admin on the new environment, getting just a:
 * `
    Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): unknown error
 * No blankpage, no error logs, nothing. Does anyone have a clue of what might be
   happening?
 * More details: Site running on regular wamp configuration, with ssl disabled (
   it was running with ssl enabled on the previous environment).
