# Cannot access the PRO version

 * Hi.
 * I don’t know what’s happening, but when I try to access the plugins developer
   site, I cannot see prices and the site looks a bit messy.

   their site.
   This includes any pre-sales topics as well.As the developer is aware,
   commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
