• Hello,
    Recently I was working with Google’s implementation team to enhance our tracking data for our ads. They advised me to get your plugin with how our sites are currently built. We first tried to access the settings on our site https://worldsfinestpianos.com/ only to see “Sorry you are not allowed to access this page”. After uninstalling the plugin, clearing browser cache and cookies we tried again. Same result.
    We then tried on our second site, https://jimlaabsmusicstore.com and the same thing happened.
    I have checked my theme and store plugin (wpeasycart) for any analytics information as well since the team member from Google I was working with mentioned that data was being sent twice.
    Could you please advise me as to why I am unable to access the plugin settings on either site?
