# Cannot Access Plugins!

 * The title says it all.
    When I try to open plugins, I get this:
 * Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
   4864 bytes) in /data/19/1/56/51/1871703/user/2033523/htdocs/www/wp-includes/kses.
   php(413) : runtime-created function on line 1
 * Whenever we try to publish, we get a fatal error warning as well, yet the post
   publishes anyway.
 * Also, our visual editor side seems stuck in the html mode.
    Cannot see text or
   video, etc.
 * Can anyone help please?
