# Cannot Access Plugins from Within Admin panel

 * I am unable to access my plugins from within my Admin Panel once logged in.
 * I get a 404 error page come up showing my blog home page.
 * the link in the top of my browser once logged in shows
 * [http://stevereh.com/wp-admin/plugins.php](http://stevereh.com/wp-admin/plugins.php)
 * So I am unable to access any plugins or edit anything from Admin Area.
 * All other areas with my Admin Panel are accessible, just the plugin access not
   working
 * Please help??

 * I had a look from my ftp program.
 * The folder exists. I deleted all plugins.
 * problem is still tere.
 * any ideas
