Cannot access my site or wordpress.com

When I try to access either my site or wordpress.com, it says “this webpage is currently unavailable.” However, my Internet connection is fine. So I can access wordpress.org, just not wordpress.com or my site, ahuihoumaui.com.
I don’t know what version I am using because I cannot access the site, but I set it up only abut a month ago.
