cannot access my site as an administrator. no gray bar.

  • I made 2 blogs using the second theme. When I was done. I cannt return to it as it has no gray bar at the top, nor does it have the side bar. I am the only administrator. What is this I see about “wpconfig.php”/ Also, some have suggested needing to create a “database backup”.
I just need to get back into my WordPress to do an assignment!

    Is this a localhost install?

No, I do not know how I missed that step. Nor do I know which local host to choose. I need something freee and overnight as I am trying to post my assignment for my teacher to see.
Not having a local host, is that what prevents my teacher or anyone else from viewing my blog?
Please -any suggestions and steps. Please.
    Thax for responding!

    esmi,
Also I have already posted my required material on Assessment in my blog. my blog domain name is sandiaustin.
Will I lose my material posted to the blog if I now try to add a host site?
Also, I am suppose to “connect” a link to my Word doc which is my other part of the Final to my blog…How would you suppose I do that?

Thank you for saving my Final grade!
I will look for a response from you today.

Are you referring to http://sandiaustin.wordpress.com ? If so, you found the wrong support site. You need to look for help at http://en.support.wordpress.com/ instead. This forum is for the WordPress software which you would install yourself, not the blog hosting site.
