Cannot access my plugin license

Hello, I bought Checkout Field Manager PRO license month ago, but cannot activate it. I wrote a few letters to support on support@quadlayers.com with no answer. Somehow I don`t see my order in my account. Also I cannot rise this topic in personal account because the system does not see my order. Please contact me.
