# Cannot Access My Login Screen

 * Hello,
 * I lost the ability to connect with my admin login screen today after 16 months.
 * Fatcow, my host, performed maintainance today, and later said that probems were
   fixed.
 * They are unable to discover he problem.
 * Anyone have ideas what I can do. Anyone have similar problems.

 * Ugh, I thought perhaps the site was working but only the back end was gone.
    
   It looks like whatever happened on your hosting provider messed things up. Do
   you have a back up of your site?
 * I’m thinking that when you access via FTP, your files might not be there.
    If
   that’s the case, I would contact the host again and see if they can help. If 
   they were only performing maintenance, then they shouldn’t have wiped the files.

 * Fatcow now admits that they are having more serious problems, but everything 
   should be O.K. in the morning and I should be able to login normally.
 * Thanks for your help.
 * I do have a vaultpress backup in the worse case.

 * I can see your site now. Looks like your host sorted things out. Pfew….
