Cannot access empty property in members notifications

    Hi

    I have recently been receiving an error when logged in to Buddypress of the following:

    Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-members/bp-members-notifications.php on line76

    Looking at previous communication around this issue it is advised to (a) disable all plugins and test again, and then if no success (b) delete and fresh reinstall Buddypress.

    I have tried both of these and the issue remains. Even when all plugins are disabled except the newly installed Buddypress.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Most likely you have installed a plugin for adding posts ( one click post Maybe)

    Here is how to get rid of that error.

    1-open you PHPMyadmin ( your MySQL database from your hosting control )
    2-Look up a table called “wp_bp_notifications”
    3-in that table look under the column “component_name”, delete the entire row of any field you find empty under that column

    This should fix your problem, please let me know if you have any questions
