 * Hello, I have the plugin network activated on [http://www.incpush.com](http://www.incpush.com)
   yet when I go to users > there is not option for me to edit capabilities or roles?
   I have been using this plugin for awhile but for some reason it has disappeared.

 * Hello,
    current version and ealier is not available under Network Center ‘Users’
   menu. Search “User Role Editor” under ‘Users’ menu of the main site of your network.
   You should have super-admin privilege to use User Role Editor. You may work with
   role on per site basis or replicate role changes to all sites of the network.
