This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. * Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them. * If that made no difference, try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)( no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. * And, if that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients), or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/ themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. WP will default to TwentySixteen or so theme, and you should be able to access your website again. Do you know how or whom should I contact to do so? * Ps. the domain and hosting is NOTrigistered on my name and can not access cpanel or hosting. The person registered is not replying me when I asked. * so, I just had a user name and password to access only the dashboard. Once you manage (if you manage) to get back to your dashboard, you’ll see the notification to upgrade to 4.7.4 version. There is no other way to fix your issue unless you can ask hosting provider to restore the website using some recent backup.
