# Cannot access dashboard

 * I cannot access the dashboard. I get a message saying the action cannot be resolved.
   I have deactivated the plugins and renamed the theme but I still cannot get in.
 * Does anyone have any suggestions please?

 * You say you cannot get in, does that mean you can see the login page of the dashboard?
   Are you not able to login using the username and the password you have or you
   just cannot see the dashboard login screen as well?

 * – Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message
   and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider
   to help you with that.
