Cannot access any style sheets – Help!!

Hello, i hope someone can help. I posted this in themes but not getting any real response. Everything was going fine on my site until my server added a php file then suddenly i could not access any of the stylesheets except the ie6.css. Everytime i click on a different stylesheet it always stays on the ie6.css – basically like it’s not even registering that i want to click on any of the other ones. So while i can blog, etc, i cannot change any code. I had them remove what they added today and i am still having the same issue, they said it was a wp problem. I really need some help since i am stuck and cannot fix my site any longer.

Also I have tried it in IE, firefox and safari – same problem all around. Does anyone know what is causing this or how I can get access to my other style sheets? It is the cutline theme from Chris Pearson and my website name is http://www.beersandbeans.com
