# Cannot access admin section

 * Hello Im very new to wordpress and I could use some help I´ve installed wordpress
   and put the information in the wp-config.php file and put it into Filezilla and
   I try to acces my site by writing the ip number I got in my mail when buying 
   the site 0.0.0.0/wp-admin/install.php and it says Not Found
 * The requested URL /wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server

 * why are you using the IP number and not the domain name?

 * It doesnt matter tried both just says Not Found
 * The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server. can u think of any 
   other ways I´ve might been doing something wrong?

 * Check your root folder permissions or .htacess.
