# cannot access admin page!

 * help! i took down my website (sportspie.com) a few months ago, placed it in maintenance
   mode, with a message directed to users logging in to the site. i just received
   an email from the website host (register.com) that the site has been suspended
   because of too much spam and possible malware. now, i cannot log in to the admin
   page (sportspie.com/wp-admin) to clean up the spam. i can get to the admin log-
   in page, but it takes me to the actual page on the site displaying the message
   to users. register.com has been useless! and, they are going to suspend the account
   in 24 hours if i don’t address the problem. can anyone help me get to my admin
   page so i can clean up the spam. thank you.

 * try this post – I just resolved my own log-in issue.
 * I had to go through my cpanel and work with file manager, but it’s all working
   now.
