# Cannot access admin login

 * I am getting errors when going to my site’s admin page (site.com/wp-admin) (see
   below). It is preventing me from making changes to my site. I also tried to FTP
   to my site, but I get an access denied message. I need to get my site back up
   and running. It is hosted at wordpress.org.
 * Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

 * I was going through some old emails and found that my site was updated to WordPress
   4.8.5 in January. I believe this is what caused the above issues. Is there a 
   way to undo this or delete the offending plugins without going through the site
   or FTP? 🙂

 * 1. Your site is NOT hosted at wordpress.org.
 * 2. Via FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager app, delete the directory`
   wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart`. Once you get back 
   in, you can reinstall that plugin.
 * 3. Contact your host if you need help getting to the control panel or FTP.
