Cannot access admin

    Have you tried contacting your host?

    They may be able to help you determine if your site has been hacked, reset your password and/or help you gain access.

    If you have a live chat option, that has always worked better than email or phone calls.

    Thank you and that is what I had just done after posting my troubles here (should have thought of it, then it dawned on me). All is resolved. I still don’t understand why I kept getting ‘invalid key’ when following WOrdPress’s own emails they had sent me a moment before with the instructions to follow a specific link. In any event, done!
