candidate database possible under wordpress?

    A candidate database,

    Hello good Weodpress People!,

    Im trying to build a candidate database , where users are invited to upload their hResume so we can match them up – based on profile. (Within a group of people) The closest thing that comes to mind would be a jobsite, but this one will not be offering any jobs , but an opportunity to match people together based on criterias.

    The closest thing to what I actually need, Is a “closed circuit “LinkedIn type of WP.

    Any tips or suggestions?
