# Cancelled Orders

 * With Paypal, customers submit their order THEN are taken to Paypal to pay. While
   on the paypal page they can “cancel their order”.
 * If someone cancels their order while on the paypal page, will the abandoned cart
   email trigger?

 * Using PayPal as a payment gateway, when a customer comes on the PayPal page and
   if they ‘cancel their order’, in that case, the order will be consider as cancelled
   and it will not be treated as an abandoned order but if a customer does not cancel
   their order, then it will be consider as an abandoned order and emails will be
   trigger to that customer.
