 * It’s Safira from [https://tiffinandteaofficial.com/](https://tiffinandteaofficial.com/).
   I think there’s something screwy with the support emails. I’ve tried to contact
   you and it seems like I haven’t gotten any replies. 
 * I recently got charged for an automatic renewal and I would like to cancel and
   get that refunded (as well as disable any automatic renewals for any JetPack 
   products/services). How/what do you need from me to make that happen?
