    Hey Ben!

    Thanks for the last help!

    We encountered a new issue with Cancelled / Failed order mails not sending at all.
    When I disable the plugin the emails sending works but if I enable it again it’s not sending.

    What do you need to check this issue from me?

  • Hey,
    1. What is in your php error logs.

    2. Contact your host and ask them to look at your mail logs to see where those emails are getting stuck.

    3. Have you checked to see if you are overriding templates in woocommerce > status > template overrides.

    4. Have you tried manually triggering one of these emails from the customizer?

    We changed a plugin for Credit cards and it solved the issue 🙂
