 * Just a quick question. When a subscriber cancels their subscription will they
   have access to the features until the month or specific time period for the package
   expires or will all features end once they cancel.
 * Thanks

 * Hi [@elistry2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/elistry2/)
 * When a subscriber cancels their subscription, the active subscription will go
   to cancelled status. So the renewal will not happen again. But they will be having
   access to their previous orders. Please let us know your business case so we
   can check and let you know.

 * Thank you I just wanted to clarify so I can add it to my TOS.
 * However I am having another issue, whenever I try to make a subscription I get
   to the check out page to enter the information however when I hit continue to
   payment I receive an internal server error message. To pinpoint the problem I
   deactivated the subscription plugin and it worked, after reactivating the problem
   reoccurred.
 * Any thoughts as to the cause?

 * Hi again, keeping with the first question. You stated that feature would be available
   until the end of the subscription period. Is there a way to stop that? Let’s
   say that after two days of the service someone cancels, so they have only used
   the service for a short time and no longer want it. Is there a way to halt the
   remainder of the service and issue a refund?
