# Cancellation reason

 * Hi,
 * Is it possible to prompt users for a reason when they cancel their booking?
 * We’re using it internally so all bookings are free, and users can successfully
   go to their own bookings page and cancel if required.
 * What I’d like is for when they click cancel to present them with a drop down 
   list of reasons to select why they’re cancelling.
 * Is this possible, and if so advice on how to set it up would be greatly appreciated.

 * Thanks for the reply.
 * When a user clicks to cancel their event a modal window already appears asking
   if you’re sure you want to cancel your booking.
 * Is it possible to add a drop down list of reasons in there and capture the selection?
