    Hello there!

    In the notification Message field, you can insert this Twig Code Template to send the recipient the unique URL to reschedule/cancel an appointment.

    {{Appointment.public_edit_url }}

    Hello @akhilz

    There is no consistent single link you can give to customers. Each cancelation/rescheduling link is unique to the customer and their appointment and therefore generated by the plugin.

    That notification template I mentioned can be used in all the email notification messages from Simply Schedule Appointments.

    Follow-up emails are supported only in SSA Professional Edition, please email us at support@simplyscheduleappointments.com for more information on that.

    Another option is to use the Upcoming Appointments module in our supported page builders, this will let your logged-in users view their cancellation links for all their booked appointments.

    Hope that helps!

    Let SSA send you a confirmation mail with the cancellation link too when somebody makes a booking. So you can copy it later for your reminder mail.
