Cancellation Error when trying to cancel with #_BOOKINGBUTTON

    When using the #_BOOKINGBUTTON in the single event plugin, our users are unable to cancel bookings.

    There seems to be no support for this issue, though it’s affecting some users. I applied the JS fix suggested in one of those threads, but it didn’t work for us. I did a rollback on the plugin, but the issue persists.

    Doesn’t look like the plugin author responds to support requests here anymore. Hopefully someone can suggest a fix, or it can be fixed in a future version.

    This is a core functionality problem, and should not be ignored. It completely affects the functionality of the plugin for users.

    Note: Version 4.6.4 doesn’t have this error.

    Also, as a side note that I forgot to mention, the error also affected how the notification emails appeared. Instead of being styled, they showed some of the raw code in the emails.

    Version 6.4.8

    Sur cette dernière version j’ai toujours le même problème.

    J’ai modifié le ficher events-manger.js comme demandé et le probleme est toujours là.

    Impossible d’annuler une réservation

    No, I never got it to work with the most recent version. I’ve been using version 4.6.4 because the cancellation button doesn’t work with any version after that. No response from the plugin author.

    Non, je ne l’ai jamais fait fonctionner avec la version la plus récente. J’utilise la version 4.6.4 car le bouton d’annulation des réservations ne fonctionne avec les versions ultérieures. Aucune réponse de l’auteur du plugin.
