thanks for your request. How can your customers can cancel orders? Are they doing it on there own or are you triggering the refund?
It’s not yet implemented, but I put it to the feature list so that it is available in the next version.

Are there any updates? It would be great to have that functionality. Actually I’ve to login to my FastBill Account, search the invoice, edit it and then delete it. A functionality to automatically delete or mark a invoice as “refunded” via API would make life much easier!
