  • I purchased a year ago and canceled, got a refund promptly though this year they billed me again through PayPal and refuse to give a refund. I do not even use this service as I canceled it a year ago. Contacted them last weekend for a $29.95 refund for a product that I canceled last year and they refuse to refund my money. Does that make any sense?

    Actually, this is very strange, as I never refuse refunds, as you experienced the first time. I don’t know why the renewal still worked, because when I refund someone, the subscription is automatically cancelled.

    Hi @ohioadman,

    I have checked for refund requests in the past week, and didn’t see one that wasn’t refunded. Are you sure you requested a refund from Really Simple SSL? It does not sound like us. It sounds like you are mixing up plugins.

    If you are sure it was Really Simple SSL, please contact us so we can sort it out.

    I still haven’t heard from you. If you don’t request a refund and not even contact us, I can’t resolve it.

    Considering:
    – the amount is wrong: we don’t sell products at 29,95 and no renewal will be 29,95
    – There are no denied refund requests in our mailbox
    – You haven’t contacted us, not here, not anywhere else.

    I have to conclude you have mistaken us for another plugin, and I close this topic. If this is not correct, please contact us, either here or by mail.
