canceld orders

    Hi,

    is there a way to find out how much customers has canceld an order (not completed). If I receive the copy of the order mails there are some numbers missing in the numbering. I don’t know why this is.

    Example Subject of the Order Mail:
    [Shop Name] New Order (1827) – 16. Mai 2015
    [Shop Name] New Order (1835) – 18. Mai 2015

    Where are the orders between the order number 1827 to 1835?

    Any help?
