Cancelation not working

    I just can´t get the cancelation (with and without confirmation) to work. I´ve completely configured the plugin with all the custom pages and messages. Everything, but the cancelation is working…

    If you can give it a try. Subscribe in my website at

    “http://www.cabudio.com.br/newsletter/news-formulario”

    I have included the whole Doc content in varios parts of pages and messages, so you can see what tags are working and which are not.

    In the copy of my messages you can see:

    Odiamos o SPAM tanto quanto você: Cancelamento (CANCEL) / Opções de Assinatura (EDIT PROFILE)

    I can´t let the site go live without a way for customer to cancel their subscription….

    Hi I tried all the steps in your blog and everything seems to work. The only text not set id the goodbye message on unsubscription panel.

    I saw your subscription. I will try again and see if I can unsubscribe. Which browser did you use?

    Hi,

    I´ve noticed that it is in fact working. The issue is that the same page (Sign up Form) is being used for different purposes.

    1.) Sign-up form
    2.) Profile ( can have a dedicated page for this)
    3.) Unsubscribe landing page (could not find a way to create a dedicated page to just let the user knows that they have been successfully unsubscribed )

    When I use the unsubscribe link I land to the Sign-up form page with no text whatsoever. Just the header, sidebar and footer, but no message stating what is going on….

    How can I create a dedicated page for Unsubscription confirmation?

    My bad! There was no message defined to be shown at the page….

    I found it under List Building / Unsubscription

    Now I just have to find a better page title, since the same page can be used to Sign-up, User Profile, Cancelation….

    Hi, the unsubscription text should have been already setup with a default, I’ll check that. You’re not the only one finding that text not filled up.

    About the page title, we’re working on a possible solution: changing dynamically the page title or let the user to configure different pages for each step.
