 * Hello, I hope you can help me with the problem.
    The problem flow: 1. Add products
   to the cart 2. Checkout with the Paypal 3. In PayPal, cancel the order 4. As
   a result, we got 2 notifications on the shopping cart page (“Your order can no
   longer be cancelled. Please contact us if you need assistance. ” and “Your order
   was cancelled.”)
 * I found a solution: I have a permalinks structure “/%postname%”, if I change
   it to “/%postname%/” it works well.
    But can this work with the “/%postname%”
   permalinks structure?

 * Hello [@pawkat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pawkat/),
 * Adding those trailing slashes is a feature of core WordPress that takes some
   customization or a plugin to change.
 * What I think may be happening is that when PayPal redirects back to your URL
   without the slash, the cancellation is registered and you are redirected to the
   page with the slash – and the cancellation request is repeated.
 * WooCommerce doesn’t have anything to do with the trailing slash redirect in WordPress,
   but I did find a [forum user with a similar problem](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-force-trailing-slashes-on-all-urls/)
   and located the plugin the used to fix it, it is called Permalink Manager Lite:
   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/permalink-manager/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/permalink-manager/)
 * In that plugin, you can disable the trailing slash redirect entirely which might
   help – though I’m not sure.
 * Let us know if that fixes the double notice problem when cancelling an order,
   we look forward to hearing back!
