We sell tickets for gigs. There are always 10 of them for a concert, for example. So 9 clients choose tickets and order status becomes “on-hold”. And we see, that only 1 ticket is available. If none of that 9 do not pay till the day of the concert, we loose revenue. Can we automatically change order status to “cancel” after 24 hours since order was made?
