    Hi,
    Thanks for your great plugin
    I think one big thing is missing or I can’t find the option:
    There is no CANCEL or REMOVE button for users when they submit or upload wrong file in attach section
    Whoud you please add this option in an update soon.

    Hello,

    Customers can remove attachments before submitting the reply. Customers can’t remove attachments once the reply is submitted.
