 * The page builder works for pages and post in WordPress, all users must be members
   of Administrators or Editors Roles.
 * The stand alone page builder for pages outside of wordpress is disabled when 
   installed for multisite.

 * So, on other site in the network, don’t work… Only for the network Admin.
    In
   this case can’t be usd on the wordpress multisite.
